On February 27th, my wife and I stopped at Arby’s restaurant # 1889 around 5pm. We have stopped at this restaurant for at least the past 15 years. We are not regular customers; however, we eat there 6 -7 times per year. This time the place was a mess – tables not clean, one ice machine not working, several condiment dispensers empty, and the smaller packages (salt, pepper, etc.) mixed in the dispenser. My wife’s sliders had cheese that she didn’t order, and my smoked brisket sandwich had cheese with a hard orange edge that didn’t come from the grill. The sauces had been on the sandwich so long, that they had soaked into the bread. The men’s bathroom had been neglected for most of the day. The urinal had been missed more than once, floor was wet, and the sink had ” left overs” from mechanics (grease, dirt) and hair that fell out when being combed. There were only 5 people in the dining area, and 3 cars in the drive up line; however, food delivery was slow, and the conversation between employees was at a chit-chat level, no sense of urgency. You don’t have to “Make it Right” for me, because this is the first time that I have ever complained, and the first time that I had ever seen this restaurant in such a mess. However, “1889” could use some “Chick Filet” training.

I was over charged on an order by $2.

I am coupon which gave me my meal for $4.49 and I was charged $6.99 for the meal.

Since they took the coupon from me I have no recourse and retrieving the money owed. I just won’t no longer or go to that particular restaurant.

Why do you offer coupons and then charge people more at the window complete this honesty and lack of integrity and my opinion thank you.
